looking for some good shock settings

hi im looking for some help on some good shock settings i ride trails alot and dunes every other month or so the trails i rid though are very rockey so it beats me up if anyone can give me some help on settings would be great thanks

Which shocks? How much do you weigh? Are you a fast rider?

i have the piggyback shocks with high- and low-speed compression adjustability, rebound and preload adjustability, i weigh 170 lbs and i am a fast rider

my settings should be close, but I'll have to go count clicks, since I don't remember anymore

shit, I got YFZ front shocks, my front settings will be different :(

How I got mine set was by doing it like that right up, then backing off preload and rebound (especially rear rebound) and adjust compression soft for low speed harder for high speed.  Everyone likes theirs a bit diffrent, but just keep track of your changes so you can undo them if you don't like the adjustment.

yea i might have to go that route i was just hopeing to get a good starting point make it a lil easer
