Well, gas.. That's a no-brainer. Put what you wanna put in there. so.. 89?

as far as the shift points. I would have it set to shift @ either A: it's peak torque spot or just before redline on each gear (note... thats @ WOT)

put it in early and man WHAT  a difference 2-4 it pulls so much harder idles and runs alot smoother.it is like a new truck.deff recomend blackbearperformance for gm trucks.

+1 I love stomping on it now, half the time I break the tires loose and ALL the time it feels so much better, no shift lag and no torque management kicking down the rpms
