We're doing a final plan review, then the hole gets dug here in a week or two. I'll take picture updates as we progress.

I'll post of the floor plan of the Ranch. It has 10' celings on the main and 9" in the basement. 10' if I want to drop the extra coin.

The bigger ceilings will make the rooms look bigger.

MY house has 10' ceilings, and my formal dining room is 14'. Make it look a lot bigger than it is.

With 10% down final loan amount will be 180k due to me doing alot of the work myself, and the builder taking off 10k just because I'm a good guy  :rofl:
