Oil Seal?

i have a little oil leak around my shifter where it comes out of the case.. has anybody had this problem and is it the seal??? also im guessing you have to split the case to fix that right?

if its the gear shift shaft seal just remove the gear shift and pull out the seal(youll have to figure a way).I havent had any problems with mine.

we had the same problem it was from debris getting in there. make sure you inspect the collar really well also. we replaced the seal twice, and it would start leaking after an hour again. finally we replaced the collar too and problem solved.

you dont have to split cases for either.

I know I had a similar issue where the clutch cable goes into the case on the right side (while sitting on top) that black seal was leaking. Mine stopped though by itself.
