  well i got everything assembled and fired it up tonight. It firedright up with no issues thank GERD. tomorrow iam gonna clean the whole quad and make sure its not leaking any fluids anywhere. cause when i removed the engine i got oil and antifreeze all over. Then i will get the test ride in I would like to thank kenny,troy,jake,and mike(rutcutter) for all the help and tech support to get me through this

the only thing that im a bit concerned with is it is smoking a little when you give it throttle,but not when idling It smells like fuel,or maybe cause i put some oil on top of the piston before starting it. Not sure but hope it clears up. jake, when you gonna have yours runnin?

I just used the displacement calculator and that has been stickied and that is pretty neat.

Did you put in a new piston?

My first build smoked and never stopped, the rings never seated.  I think it was because I didn't properly prepare the cylinder good enough for the new rings.  As you know I lost that engine

yeah i used a new piston the diamond 12:5. troy said the smoking is the oil i put on top of the piston and that it will clear up. Yes you were a help mike and thanks again

I havent rode it yet. going out now to clean it up and make sure theres no oil leaks. then its on im gonna pound the shit out of it
