Got the new seat installed...maybe randy can post the pics since my phone had a bad day.  Then I got the new slc swing arm on.  Tomorrow I'll adjust the chain, change the oil, grease and put the paddles on.

oil is changed, greased up and the ccp is bolted up and ready to go.  Just need to cut the chain and readjust.
