Hi
I was riding this weekend and when the bike got hot and in the hight revs the wheels would jam suddenly ,just like the motor has seized ,after i tried to start it but it was like the starter was not strong enought,so i let it cool down and after it had cooled down it would fire right up at the first touch of the starter,it did it twice so i came back home.

I have a couple of mods done to the bike ,it's a 66rwhp stoke bore and stroke bike.

What do you think could be doing this.

Bearing going bad?
My lawnmower did this, and that was the cause.

(ran it out of oil) LOL

I hate to say it.. But like peels said, sounds like one of your bearings is going out.. :help:

it's odd that it would refire so easily when it was cold  ???  If it's getting to a lock condition, the bearing damage is already done, and I would suspect it wouldn't like turning over much at all.

Could it be the piston seizing for a reason or another cause on on a 2 stroke this happened often especialy on my lt500 i used to have

It does happen Aaron. Weird. I freaked out when my mower seized up. From the heat of friction with no lubrication. Borrowed the neighbors mower, then the next week checked mine out before going to buy a new one, started right up. Been using it for two seasons. Tpierre, if you do tear it apart, make sure oil pump is moving oil.
