Can anyone help with with making a decision on a new pipe for my 700 Raptor.  I have an DMC afterburner on now, but thinking of replacing with a Curtis Sparks or Hindle.  The pipe shootout gave Hindle an A rating grade, but nothing on CS.  Has any  one used either one of these pipes? and would recommend one.  Thank you for your help my fellow Raptor riders.

Peelz

There is guy on this forum rockin 70+ hp on the sparks. I have seen one in person, looks good, loud as hell.  I haven't ever seen the Hindle.

Most guys will tell you to go with Barker Duals. More top end.

Krandall

Preddy08 will tell you go w/ the sparks.... Like Peels said.. I think he's closing in on 80hp.

my brother inlaw has the hindle.

he went with the longer pipe and it is nice and quiet, gave a noticeable power boost.  cant comment much more than that.

the only issue we have ran into is with delivery, apperently all of hindles pies are hand made and delievery took alot longer than we wanted.

Sparks performs pertty close to the dual with out the hassle. Less weight,  and less cost. I LOVE THE SPARKS!!!!!

Does anyone know the aproximate weight of this sparks pipe?  If I remember correctly, the Barkers weigh around 12 pounds total.

so how much power loss is between the barkers duals and a curtis sparks single.does the single hinder the performance at all? If not anyone want to buy my duals? I think a single has a better sound than duals anyway, as far as lodness

Thanks Preddy for the weight difference, I wonder how much louder this pipe will be on 80+HP motor?  I sure like the idea of 5 less pounds to pack around.

I really like the sound of the sparks. Its not much louder than anyother single out there, but it will be a little louder than barkers
