How can a little level 11 guy claim a bounty on me and knock me out?  Why couldn't I fight him off?  I have 165 in my mafia and TONS of shit

If you are hitlisted, and are very weak from several fights it can happen. I've drilled a level 560 on the hitlist. He was NOT happy.

If you are trying to rob a higher level, the odds aren't in your favor unless they have shitty defense and weapons.

I am always terrified of trying to robs someone.......sometimes even if you can beat them..........you can't rob them!!! Is it possible to rob people higher level than I am.........some B**tch hitlisted me yesterday.......for hitting her once and she snuffed!!!!! Can't get her healthy enough to hurt.......and I am level 181she is level 230.

You are fighting an uphill battle to rob her because your levels determine the number of crew members you can bring to the heist. You would be robbing with a crew of 181 versus her crew of 230. If she has less than a crew of 230 you stand a better chance.

Do you know if her crew size is less than 230? Put her on the list in the Snuff Room with the qualification to rob. Further specify that taking down property protection is enough damage so people don't use up their stamina.

You're better off asking high level guys for them that don't use them anymore so you don't have to repeat lower levels.

Unless of course you just want to, you need to Steal Bank Records - Illegal Transaction Records

Rephrase.

You can rob only with the the number of your level....(ie.- Level 70 = 70 people robbing with you) The strength of them depends on your weapons, and your armament.

You need to buy tattoos for defense like a mofo. They are the best thing for lower leel guys like us. I currently roll with 323.

You also need to keep all the RPG's you can, and work on buying as many Town Cars and chain guns as you can. They are the best attack/defense you can buy until you hit level 100. I would work on getting a yacht too. Great for defense (Influence a Harbor Official - Luxury Boat [10attack, 20 defense, vehicle])
