Ok guys,i have a problem.Quad will startup first time, run for a second or 2 then stall. If i start it and once its running i touch the throttle a tiny bit it wont stall. It never use to do this.Any help appricated. This is what ive done already
1 changed plug
2 checked all connections and cleaned
3 emptyed fuel tank and cleaned
4 taken injector off and cleaned with carb cleaner and then blown through with air line

The only thing i can think is the TPS is playing up,what do you guys think??

Could be possible that the mapping is a bit off @ idle.

mind posting your fuel map?

I havent got the map on the pc,will try and do it some time. The maps fine as its all been setup on the dyno and has been working fine for 6 months.Im not even getting any warning lights coming on letting me know there is a problem. Is there anyway of testing the TPS without taking it off and trying another??

my first thought is your TPS  :(  can you rev it to keep it running, or does it just studder and die regardless?

If i start without throttle it will run for 1-2 seconds then die.If i just tap the throttle once it starts,it will idle fine and wont stall

???

Lets try something cheap and easy first, do you have an Iridium spark plug?

Even cheaper is checking the TPS. Get a multi meter and check the yellow wire coming out of the TPS. It should be between .64-.76v.

Whats the weather like. I know when it cold out sometimes the rappys dont like to get any gas untill its warmed up a bit.

CHECKING AND ADJUSTING THE
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR
NOTE:
Before adjusting the throttle position sensor,
the engine idling speed should be properly
adjusted.
a. Disconnect the throttle position sensor coupler
from the throttle position sensor.
b. Remove the throttle position sensor from
the throttle body.
c. Connect the pocket tester (Ω ラ 1k) to the
terminals of the throttle position sensor.
d. Measure the maximum throttle position sensor
resistance.
Out of specification → Replace the throttle
position sensor.
e. Connect the pocket tester (Ω ラ 1k) to the
terminals of the throttle position sensor.
f. While slowly opening the throttle, check that
the throttle position sensor resistance is
within the specified range.
Resistance does not change or it changes
abruptly → Replace the throttle position
sensor.
Positive tester probe → blue 1
Negative tester probe → black/blue 2
Maximum throttle position sensor
resistance
4.0 ~ 6.0 kΩ at 20 °C (68 °F)
(blue-black/blue)
Positive tester probe → yellow 3
Negative tester probe → black/blue 2

NOTE:
_
Check mainly that the resistance changes
gradually when opening the throttle, since the
readings (from closed to wide-open throttle)
may differ slightly from those specified.

2. Adjust:
• throttle position sensor angle

a. Connect the throttle position sensor coupler
to the wire harness.
b. Connect the digital circuit tester to the throttle
position sensor.
c. Measure the throttle position sensor voltage.
d. Adjust the throttle position sensor angle so
that the voltage is within the specified
range.
e. After adjusting the throttle position sensor
angle, tighten the throttle position sensor
screws 3.

Throttle position sensor resistance

Mine does it too, it just takes a minute to warm up.. I know when I first start it, and I don't touch the throttle and just let it idle its fine, if I touch the throttle before its warmed up it chokes up and dies. If I let it warm up 3 or 4 min and touch the throttle its all good after that  You can always mess with your idle screw as well. If it runs and this is happening on the start up I wouldn't worry about it.

Mines the opposite to yours. If i dont touch the throttle it stalls, but if i touch the throttle slightly just after its started its fine and idles
