572 crate engine. GM makes two versions of this engine.

One produces 620 hp and 650 lbs of torque, the other produces 720 hp and 685 lbs of back breaking torque.

That engine is a monster, but with a truck you would probably never be able to put all the power to the ground. Tires would get expensive fast. But like you said, if you had the money that one was ready to go!
