660 with no power

There are no mods. When we raced up comp hill i was ahead of him by about 3 quads  then by the middle of the hill he would pass me and bead me by about 4 quads. he said he was pullin the hill in third and was in second at the top. When he passed me i was haveing to shift in to first to make it up the hill.

is the 400 modded?

Throttle stop screwed in? (no offense) Kinda lost here.

only thing on the 400 is a slipon and a k&n. Throtle screw is gone and i tack welded over the hole to keep sand out. It seems to be fast when it isnt hill climbs cause i have i can blow past him when were just crusin and some what keep up with my cousin on his raptor 700. Its just the hills and wheelies it has problems with. I think im just going to shoot the damn thing.
