It's passed, and in the books. So where does the money go and when does it start to flow?

There is now a website where citizens can track every dollar spent and every job created. There is also an area to weigh in with comments and questions.

Personally, I don't see how they will track every dollar, but it's something we've never seen. For an administration to take an extra step to create a tool for all of us to use is really cool in my opinion.

I wish it were for everyone, but I'm sure investors would have snatched up properties left and right. They could have put a clause in it for a certain number of properties to keep people from abusing the credit.

I'm sure it would get out of control, but I like that idea of setting a limit.  I just wanted it for my new house.
