are those stock shocks with res. or are they aftermarkets?

Nice, you'll be happy with them I'm sure.

They are OEM take-offs, though my eye isn't trained enough to know whether those are yfz or 700R springs (I assume they use different rates).

Yup, Black Towers Actually, I believe all the springs on them are/were silver too... (don't quote me on that part)
