Just sell what you can and store the rest at your parents.  I would suggest staying longer since 6 months isn't very long.  If you could dump your car too that would be smart, no need having a car payment on something that's parked.

Credit market is still way off. Lenders are still hesitant on making decisions on marginal paper.

Grosses were good last month since we wrote down $486,000 in inventory January 1st. We sold 135 last month, which is still off for us, but it was a nice improvement from previous months.
