There were quite a few things I didnt' like about the movie. But I'd put Batman and IronMan in a close 1st/2nd.

Batman turned my off big time w/ batmans' voice and the lack of cool ninja moves. they made action seens look good w/ a lot of camera jumping which is kind of lame, the old batman (Val Kilmer) he at least had some sweet moves :)
Heath's portrayal though of the joker was pretty much amazing. From the craziness of him all the way to his little "ticks" like licking his lips a lot.

The voice was all that I saw wrong with it.  And I'm sure they'll change that for next time.  And there was less fight scenes this time due to the amount of plot they had to get out in this one.

I wouldn't say Batman was the best movie. There were parts I liked, and disliked. I hate the fact Bale was directed to change his voice. I don't remember that in the last one. Ledger's character was awesome. Why the f*ck Maggie Gylenhall was cast is beyond me. She's not attractive, and did a terrible job in my opinion. The plot was jumbled a bit, and the direction was as good as the last film in my opinion. I would have had "two face" survive to play the villan in the next flick. The ending of the Dark Knight was stupid in my opinion.
