I'm hoping they'll take a lower offer and cover closing costs. if they do that. I'll be sitting good.

and since it sounds like they are desperate to sell you might be able to fight for more, go for it all, lower price, credits and closing costs.

no forclosure deals down that way?

Where is a good place to look for foreclosures? I've been looking at a all the home buying websites and I never see any in my area. Omaha has'nt really been hit that hard with the "financial down turn"
Just a little 81hp trail bike.

I had to do a little digging to find mine. I've contacted a few local banks in the areas I was looking. They gave me the MLS numbers. The one I'm looking at I totally stumbled upon by accident.

I signed up for an account on www.foreclosure.com  I found my house there.  GREAT deals, and I'm sure you can find one and save a boat load of cash.

I say sign up for the free account and see what those 4 look like, one could be a good deal for you.  Just don't forget to cancel your account after the trial time or you're start getting billed.

I'll give that a try when I get home. It says they want your CC numbers and so on. Do you really have to give it to them?
