At the last airshow we had, the f15 demo is by far the best, with the F18 being a close second.

The F15 goes from ground level to 8000 feet, rolls 180 degrees upside down from vertical, and comes back down to 1000 feet AGL at over 650 mph in less than 65 seconds.
