Did you use an outerwears?

FoundArealQuad

I have two filters with two outerwears just for that.

As hard as you ride, I'm sure it wasn't K&N's fault. The 350 has a tendancy to get hot since it's not water cooled. That's one thing I wish Yamaha would change. Make all sportbikes liquid cooled.

that probly had a lot to do with it. the mechanic told us it was the K&N's fault. weird thing is we had just put a new clutch in and i burnt out the clutch in two rides and there was clutch particles all in my oil. could that have been it?

Clutch particles in the oil would be common since it's a wet multi-plate clutch, unless you had a serious melt down.

well i think its pretty unusual for a clutch to burn out in 2 rides
