The Mooch with Piper...

Jenee' loved that pic.

Thanks, I liked how it turned out.  The only bad part about the dunes this weekend was no Mooch.   :(

Bummer she had to stay home, she'll make the next trip.

Nice!  That man has some sick quads.

And after our trip out west Jenee' doesn't want to move anymore.   ::)

Hmmm....good, I guess.

Morning folks. I was at work til 2 am fixing machinery, so I am understandably groggy. Have a great Monday.

Who knows if its good or bad.  I just know that no place is perfect and if i'm here I'll miss it there and if I'm out there I'll miss it here.   :help:

That is the truth...hope that means she will be more settled and happy here.

Damn grass on the other side of the fence.  But did you see the link for the house?  Anyone want a wet bar, won't due me much good.

I ate some wings in Antigua that had a sweet jerk sauce on them that were out of this world....If I hadn't drank a bottle of champagne, had eight or nine beers, and smoked that Romeo y Juliette, they wouldn't have came back up in the shower. The night before we left.

She wants to go next time.  I'm trying to talk the family into Glamis in two weeks.   :grin_nod:

I'm totally stoked.  I just got an estimate from a finance guy to refi my house.  4.75% for a 30 year fixed.  Holy crap...

Rates are super low right now.

My wife said her bank is doing nothing but re-fi's right now. Hardly any new purchases.

I'm rolling my heloc into the loan and my payment is actually gonna go down.  Man, when my old lady is done with nursing school it's on.  I saw some rails out there that I had my eye on.  Along with the 40' toy hauler.  The 30'er ain't gonna be enough.
