trip to little sahara OK. the date moved back to october.

so what date should we settle on for this trip in october?

Lets start looking early october weekends. Not too late, less chance for freak winter weather. It was crowded by Friday afternoon, but not overcrowded.


October 7,8,9,10 for a start, but don't post it yet. And shut up 4gunz we know you will be there

Nope...just Para-Sail rally Oct 16-18th...that would be sweet to fly over the dunes!

When we were just out there, Jetmech and I were almost alone in the park haulin ass.. he goes by me full bore it sounds like a turbine. I'm like WTF is in his motor! I look up and there is an FA/18 Hornet (I think, it was CRUISIN!).  Killer, he never saw it!

Rattlesnake is March, Sandfest is Sept. it's good. Tentatively penciling this one in if we are still employed.

ok i tried looking at the calendar on the waynoka website. i couldn't bring it up though. does anyone know the dates that there is nothing going on out there. i don't like crouds and having to fight for parking and all that bullcrap.

I went yesterday and there was 18 people in the whole place.

Just so you guys know, October is packed ballz deep every weekend, because of the nice weather. Thursday nite - Sunday morning its almost impossible to get a campsite on the south side and north side is almost as bad.

True dat, get there Wednesday morning. We saw two other quads that morning, but Packed by Friday morning. But not so bad it wasn't fun. You gotta ride at least once with the crowds just to see all the wild machines and crazy $hit people do.
