thanks for that Aaron. i got the Valve adjustments and Suspension threads from there. i didnt think nothing about it when i did it. sorry if it has cause you any trouble man

yeah thats pretty much how i did it. i have sent messages to both guys that posted the write up and let them know that if they didnt want it to be used i would remove the posts.
