I saw 311 in concert in 1997.

Very cool. They making it to the mainstream. We sponsored a concert series called "Dare to Care" and would have a concert every year for charity. I volunteered to work the concerts and I would drive the bands to and from the hotels. I drove the Verve, 311, Lisa Loeb, and Everclear to and from the hotel/airport once year.
