Rear axle OR widening A-Arms ?

I was wondering which of these two mods make the raptor better handling, easier drifting ?  Widening the front or widening the rear ? I cannot do both, unfortunatly, unless I get a nice deal.
Raptor 700 2006 ... now with a dead engine :(

Extend the rear first. Cheaper... and will make the most difference for the least $ And when you do decide to get the front...you are ready to roll. 8)

If you widen the front first. (From experience)

you can whip the rear around real good and real fast! 8)

not on a 660. :lol:  Rolls over like Kyle when he hears Socal coming to bed. :lol: 

The extra width in the rear lowered the center of gravity, making it much easier to slide. When my wheel offsets got messeed up, and my front was wider, the body roll went nuts.  700 is a much better balanced machine from my experience. So, If you went with a really good front end, it would make a difference.  :thumbs:

Have a buddy sit on your quad & measure the width.  The back is wider than you think, I think  :lol:  Widen the front first, an aftermarket axle isn't so expensive & you'll have one in no time after the front end fix

when you sit on the quad, the width of the rear doesn't change. :lol:

I rolled mine 2 time, plus all the time i've been nearly rolling it.. It always feel that the rear end grip... I know having a wider front would help too... Anyway, I got a deal for a used Lonestar, which, from the seller, seem to be perfect. I'll go take a look. Are these all adjustable ?

I believe all aftermarket axles are adjustable. I haven't seen one that isn't I guess. Except the duner type axles

Well, I got it for 160 bucks  :thumbs: Great deal. He had some a-arms, but seemed overpriced to me, 500 bucks.... Some Houser thought, but, anyway.. i'm happy with my christmas gift, pics soon :)
