I found that wedging another cartridge above the one in the deck keeps the contacts together. Got tired of blowing on them! Touchy though. Somebody could walk by and shake it enugh to unseat the connections..then flashing black...white....black....white......Yep, ur F**ked!   No level 8 castle on Zelda for you fella.

It also said don't use alcohol on the game either. I'd put a q-tip in rubbing alcohol and clean the contacts, a lot of the time they were SUPER dirty.

did they have GTA back then?  i still have my nintendo sumwhere, i have zelda, mario kart? i think....duck hunt with the gun  :grin_nod: and idk what else

Yhea there was an old school GTA way back when.

I think i have the mario/duckhunt and probably mario 2 and 3 at home and maybe even excitebike if you still need any of them..

GTA was for original Playstation I believe. It was an overhead view game.
