I think my 660 has more torque than a three mod 700.

The 700 is a much more docile quad. 660 is not very forgiving and takes a very smooth touch or you are upside-down. i was sort of underwhelmed when I rode the 700 for the first time. Easy ride, smooth power. Not as big of a torque spike. Sure, you mod them and they are better, but not hard to handle.

We don't have a torque "curve", it is a 90 degree cliff at 5500 rpm. My grab bar will attest!
