Seriously HMF needs to bring out duals... Their systems are so cheap and work well. They could steal the market by putting out some Duals with their classic PC'd cans for 500 bucks.

I would seriously seriously consider getting rid of barkers for HMF Duals..

I think they would sell like hotcakes.

Just need to put the logo on the opposite side of one can, and make a mirror image of the headerpipe.

This is the response I received from our main engineer Mike Bykowski about your question.  If we were to do a dual set up for your Raptor, we would need your machine here to build a one off.  Thanks

Subject: RE: Raptor 700 Duals

Duals sometimes limit or kill power.  It may be alright with different cam and compression, but on the raptor 700 it likes backpressure in order to make its full horsepower.  When I designed the system for the raptor 700 initially I made the headers out of a larger diameter tubing 1.5", but I found on that bike it made way better power throughout with the smaller headers we went with 1.25".  So maybe on a race motor but to anyone else duals are more show then go.

What's your opinion on this?  Duals gonna kill bottom end?

Subject: Raptor 700 Duals

Hey i was just wondering why you guys havent came out with duals for the Raptor 700? I think you are loosing out on a lot of sales to barker and monster. There has been a lot of talk on the atv fourms that people would buy HMF duals over the rest. I have a HMF full pipe on my 700 and would like to upgrade to duals when i build up my engine. I am very happy with my performace of the pipe, only had one problem with it....welds broke on the spark arrestor screen that the attaches the ring to it.

Let me know if you are working on some duals i think you guys could make alot of money if you did.
thanks
