What do you do for your HANG-OVERS?

Drink alot of water before you go to bed, and take a few ibuprofen. The water rehydrates you after the alcohol dehydrates you, and the ibuprofen slows the swelling from the alcohol and it's fun tissue damage.

Post night of drinking..... water, Ibuprofen, food with fiber...moderate exercise.

Or drink more.

Exactly. Except the exercise, that's for rich folks. Before I pass out I drink lots a water, down 3-4 Ibuprofen, and eat a sandwich. I don't feel like a champion by no means when i wake up, but I can function normal and don't wake up with a hangover.

Try drinking some gatorade before you go to sleep after drinking all night. About 6-8 ounces does good. When I drink the gatorade I never wake up with a hangover.

another thing that works...if your a volunteer firemen or have access to medical o2 bottles suck down some of that. it helps alot with the headache and nausea

Heard that before. One of my best buds was a big stoner. at least 3 out of the 5 days of school he was high. Was a cool cat. someday I'll give it a try. maybe they'll legalize before I die.

Speaking of weed...Haven't touched it in over 7 years. Millennium New Years was the last. And hadn't done it for years before. It was hysterical. We have video of the aftermath conversation.   Left the camera on during A ten minute argument over the taste of a cigarette lit with a butane lighter vs one lit with a Zippo vs a Match.
