Ya i HAD a buddy role my rhino and tore his hand open realy good. He filed a lawsuit against yamaha, When i found out he came to me and tryed to talk to me i told him to go FERK off. Now i have to be a fucking witness. :mad: :mad:

in my opinion people that get hurt on sidexsides and ATV's that try to sue the manufacturer are slightly on the stupid side. so what you wrecked your vehicle and got hurt. its not the manufacturers fault you was being a dumbass or just got hurt by pure accident
