We are reaching the crescendo of the busy season. 5 weeks almost nonstop work. A week from today, I will be struggling to keep all my employees at work for their 40 hrs. Keeping clients happy stress turns into keeping workers happy stress. But at least I can relax a bit.

I think we are rapidly approaching that. There are two F&I people at the Chevrolet store, but my numbers are higher than both of theirs. One is the owners bitch, she knows the ADP system and has been there since the place opened. She's WEAK on numbers though. The other guys is a re-tread, and has worked there three times. Not a lot of people get along with him.

I think we are rapidly approaching that. There are two F&I people at the Chevrolet store, but my numbers are higher than both of theirs. One is the owners bitch, she knows the ADP system and has been there since the place opened. She's WEAK on numbers though. The other guys is a re-tread, and has worked there three times. Not a lot of people get along with him.

Well if its just the three of you at the company I would see the re-tread going first.  But I worry about the girl.  Pu$$y sometimes ranks higher then numbers.

but im proud to say that the christmas season will have absolutely no affect on my work in the library.

although my 2nd job will start getting busier than hell around thanksgiving and stay that way till after the 1st of the year

I've done this for 15 years, and that's where all of my experience lies. No one is doing much of anything business wise here now. All local dealers are struggling.
