Yeah.

Chrysler is not wanting to pay now. We told them if there is another that rolls into the shop, we'll not fix it until this one is paid!

i figured that. i meant like was the trying to find a loophole in the warranty? sorry i should have worded my question better

No loophole.....They had to authorize the claim before we could start it!

Charysler doesn't empower dealers on big ticket items. They must have authorization before work is permitted Usually on something like this, an adjuster comes to look at the problem to authorize the repair. They'll pull fluids for analysis, etc..

that blows. I saw that happen before...where they authorize the repair...then the adjuster decides it was owner negligence...after we have given them the car back!! :confused:
