:ot:

F   cker

they call it that here, too Krandall.

It is all coke down here!

Gatorade is good and so is the vitamin water, stay away from the ones loaded with sugars.  (I just started on the Bud Light Lime - vitamin water)

You must be from the south, when I lived in Arkansas thats what they called it. I would bring them a coke and they really wanted something else???

Yes I am! We order a coke and they ask we have Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, what will it be?  Confusing at first but I would rather say that then everything being called pop!
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Krandall

Pop is a general term.  (Like Soda)

But we don't have to sound like idiots saying.. I'll have a coke pepsi.. that's just crazy.

That's how it was growing up in California. Moved here, it's all "pop"  I asked for a Coke, and nobody asked me "what kind?" They ask "want a pop?" I say "a popsicle?" WTF! stupid dialects!
Krandall: "peelz. I'll be real with you. As much as I hate on you for soccer, I really don't mind it"

True but when I order a soda I say the name and try not to be difficult. My normal order is sweet tea! Bring on the sugar.  :grin_nod:

Back on topic, eat a good meal before riding but not anything heavy or greasy! But I always eat mexican food before I ride, keeps everyone off my ass!   ;)

Here's an excellent training video.  It features dirt bikes, but the same techniques can be applied to quads...
