this kid squatted 750 

screw that, i hate lifting weights....

i do 50 push ups and sit ups everynight before bed tho lol

id rather lift weghts than do 50 push ups and sit ups



even though i kick ass at push  ups

i bet you would
you only have to push yourself up abot 5 inches until your reach runs out
