That is good to hear because after I read that article I got scared. The economy has taken a huge hit from the high gas prices.

After the prices hit over 4 bucks a gallon and the economy slowed way down, people adjusted their habits and the demand is very low.  With demand this low adjusting the output of 35% of the worlds oil wont be enough to turn around the decrease.
