so whats this i hear we are changing the dates? i got a phone call last night saying not to reserve my hotel. so if we are then what's the dates that we are going?

well i talked to krandall alittle last night and he didn't seem to know what was going on. but maybe today they will get this all figured out. if we had a vote to change the dates. i would say leave them as is. becuase most people already have vacation times scheduled from work.

There has been a development and the principals involved are discussing the proper course of action.  I expect that when Socal gets back online today the conversation will continue.

Ok, so here's the deal.  We've been working with Yamaha to get a group event out at Silver Lake and they are planning on being there the on May 16th-17th.  We really wanted them to be able to come the same weekend as our rally but it was something that couldn't work out.  Now, we can do one of two things, change our rally date to be there on the same weekend or leave the date the way it is.  Please vote for what you would like to do.

Yamaha will be bringing their full line up of ATV's, UTE's, ext.  These will be available for test rides through out the weekend.  Also, there will be a lunch on Saturday, if we change or rally date we will be involved with the lunch and doing a give away.  I'm also sure that Yamaha will have some swag gear to give way so all in all it would be a great weekend to meet up with them and try out some of the new vehicles.

Im going to both but i say keep the same date..  Alot of people already did vacation and have been looking forward to this for a long time..  They might not be able to get different days off or the new date just could not work for them..  Thats my 2 cents

I know we are to leave it up to a vote.. But wasn't that the case, the first time we put the rally dates up for vote?

My vote is, (for as cool it'd be to rally w/ Yamaha) to keep it the same date it is, I as well as quite a few others have already scheduled their vacation off for the dates it was set to.

Just my 2 cents.

I think it should just be posted as a ride. If people can make it (like you E, Ryan, as well as others and represent RS) all the better.
