Haven't heard from him in a long time, I wonder if he's out of the country on duty.

So I may not be going on the big dunes trip we typically do every year (Little Sahara, Utah).

I am considering going to the rally instead, since its 5 hours instead of 21!

I have not been to silver lake in about 5 years. I know they require spark arrestors. What I did a few years ago with my exhaust on my DS, was cut some heavy duty screen (cut to shape) and bolted it behind the end cap. This got me through the checks at the gate and into the park (but blew out while riding lol).

How much and where can I buy actual spark arrestors for my barkers? I dont really want quiet cores and I think that is the only way they sell them is quiet core and sparky together?

Does anyone know if an HMF Small screen spark arrestor (just the circle with the domed shape screen sparky) will fit inside a barker end cap? Last I knew those were pretty cheap (10 bucks each?). That way I could have a more legit way of getting into the park and also not have to worry about them blowing out.

HMF sparky's fit like a glove. Exact same size.

If we do go (would just be me and my friend pat probably) we might be able to just take one truck/trailor He has a duramax with a 16 foot trailor

as of right now unless i find some side work around here i wont make it thought i would be but more important things happened so i will keep you posted

Someone shoot me a PM when we get started with the hotel booking and whatnot.  Looks like I'm flying solo, so if anyone needs a bed and can put with an asshole of my epic proportions (I'll be calmer in june, there's no football) then I'll have space.  I plan on being up there thursday afternoon and leaving after breakfast on Sunday.
