Last term when I voted, there wasn't a line to wait in. This year there was about 400 people. I thought that was a lil creepy. Luckly they split the line into 2 groups, A-L and M-Z. The A-L line was only about 15 deep. The other was 400ish deep.

Does this 60 Dem seat thing bother any of you guys?  Seems a bit scarry to me.  Even though to me the two party system is part of the problem (We need more), I do like the ability to at least convince a few of the opposite party members that their decision is the correct one.

I would rather have a Republican controlled House and Senate.  The D's swept in there two years ago and promptly did absolutely nothing.  I'd let Pelosi blow me though.

I just don't want sweeping votes on party lines when the other side can't even Philobuster (sp?).  Anyway, kind of like loosing a necessay part of the process to me.
