Hate to spill all the beans, but per Jim: "A few of us met up Sunday to do a little racing and tuning. Jared had the 812 out there smoking the tires off and after what looked like a good pass(81 mph) he shut down and lost control of the bike. It wiggled once and shot to the right into the ditch. Without going into all the gruesome details I will just say Jared was very seriously injured and the bike was demolished. As of yesterday his condition was upgraded to serious but stable condition. He is, and will be for a while, in the ICU at Longmont United Hospital. To Jason ( big 4 mill ) Scott and everyone who helped that day I can't thank you enough, ever. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly apreciated on behalf of myself and his family."
