Buying a Bike today

I've been checking out bikes for a while now and I decided to get a SV650 ABS. I bought it Wednesday and I picking it up today. Hope I make it home alright.

There's something about those style bikes that just catches me.. they aren't flashy by any means, just a bare bones lookin bike. I love it.

I agree. I almost bought a Honda CB919, but I wanted fuel injection and ABS

It's an 08 new. I got it for $6250 OTD with helmet gloves and vest. The ride home was good I did not get on the highway because it is windy today. This is my first bike I've owned. I've rode a ton of dirt bikes just never a street bike. I can honestly say it was fun and I'm going to put on a few more miles today.

Congrats on the new buy! Post some pictures of your new baby when you get a chance, im sure we would all like to see it! And yeah be careful, because a lot of people look, but don't look for motorcycles. It's easy for them to miss us. Let us know how the ride went.

Way to go Polarass! SV is on my list of favorite bikes.  I chose the FZ1 because it is a bit bigger.
