I know you guys are still minis but it is important to know.

I remember a few years back, when I was looking to move back to Cali. I could make 90k a year out there. more than double my salary here. But a decent home any where nearby was well north of 500k dollars! Unnaffordable in my book....but apparently not to banks. I saw this "little" crisis coming. Funny that hundreds of accountants and bankers and economists did not(until too late), but a meth-head from Iowa did.
