+1 Happened once in 5 years.  Water pipes for fire extinguishers froze at the wall and let like 5000 gallons of water out onto the floor. Running over wires for 720 volt printers. Yikes.

I have him convinced against the 09'

But he's unsure if he what color scheme he wants. He was set on the White/Silver but it sounds like he wants to tear it all down anyways and do white/red...
