I would like to get back into a few races, nothing big and no contracts.  There is still a few races I would love to do.  I have my eye on one for next summer.....the reason I'm on the healthy eathing and work out plan.

Regular Mtn Dew is like syrup to me. I've always been a diet fan for the dew.
