dull plastic

i use something called never dull to bring out the bad stains and then a buffer and some meguairs plastic wax to get it shiny and slick again

lol, that's an old boot polishing trick too.  Some guys used to use pledge to make their boots pop for an inspection.

I've used it on shoes too.

High Gloss SC1 clear coat, makes black plastics look new, awsome stuff.

Does'nt take out scratches, but sure makes it shine
