cold and rainy here. I'm with ya' however...the grass and weeds will stop growing... No more yardwork!!! Accentuate the positive!

I hate having to do yard work!  No mexicans here that will do it for 20 bucks a week! 

dammit! Can't drive by home depot on your way to work and pick em up like you could out west?

I LOVED that.  I was redoing my sprikler system and needed to remove and replace all the pipe and sprinklers.  All I did was hook up the new control unit and they did all the rest.......they only wanted 30 bucks each.  I gave 40 each because I felt bad that they busted their ass digging all the trenches.

I will admit that occasionally, I dream of doing that. Usually right in the middle of a difficult project. Or mowing when it is 95 plus outside.

I am the same way. I used to get excited for the snow season to get here. Now.....You can f :mad:in keep it! I miss the temperate climate of silicon valley.  I saw snow once there...ever!

ripped off? I think it was one of the best summers the upper midwest has seen!!! no overly hot summer days. rained mainly weekdays, weekends were left nice and sunny!! can't ask for much more..
