According to Google it's an 8hr 40 minute drive (453 miles)

Thats not too bad. 10 for me via my buddy's house in nebraska. Assuming you don't wipe it out in your quest for power.

well all i know is I go this year and dont meet a damn soul, I am gonna be way pissed.    I went the first of this year, and pissed the wife off and guess what, didnt meet a single person from the site.   I did however meet 3 people with raptors that had never been on the site.    I was not a happy camper as I at least wanted to meet a few people.

Did that with the banshee forum....Met one guy the last day we were there.  Just gotta make a plan beforehand to hook up and ride, take pics etc.....

another question here for anyone that knows. all the hotels and retail houses say don't walk around inside or outside without shoes due to the natural "sticker" problem. what the hell are they talking about?

It is a plant that grows in dry sandy climate with spiky seeds that stick everywhere. Annoying.
