ive got a little bit of a grudge against them. nothing wrong with the quad but ive noticed a trend of cocky assholes riding them everywhere i go.

I think it's over hyped.

I mean. for a "stock" quad obviously they kick ass.. but... I got my rappy $7k OTD..

a KTM.. $9K OTD... I'll take that extra $2k and you can mod your rappy to walk all over that ktm.

The raptor  700 has always been the quad i've wanted. And now i finnaly have one 

If i could have 2 quads, i would get a grizzly 700 also. For a far off 3rd -- ktm 525

I agree with this quote. Rappy  first, then a grizz  for all around. Straight up race, find a FI 450. There is just more maintence with them. IMHO

LOL I'd have to go with a new banshee from either Mexico or Canada. I've always wanted one since I was 12 when I got my first dirtwheels from the magazine store. When I finally got old enough and financially able to buy a quad, the four strokes had taken over so I got an 04 450R.

Its a hard question without a bunch of seat time on each one. I would like to have one of each even a KFX 700. The only one I wouldn't like is the 700XX

Next purchase will be a bike, Yamaha released the WR250X Dual Sport & I'm hoping for a 450 release in '09.

My 06 Raptor's held up great since Nov of 05, I think I'll have it forever

They require valve adjustment quite often don't they?
That would steer me away from KTM

That would be nice. I really like the Renegade 800. For just trail riding and long trips that would be my pick or my Outlaw IRS. For racing it would come down to the KTM 525 or 505, Outlaw 450MXR or LTR 450.

Not anymore than any other quad I've just been real anal about it. There is also no shims. I'll be doing it myself from now on

Of course a Raptor, then probably a shee.  I've always wanted one, until the 700R came out.
