In the near future, I'd like a +2 swinga ding ging arm.  I've seen a few that's caught me eye....which one is best, if there is such a thing, for the money $$$$??

I've found 2 off of Joker's Racing I like.....

Janssen Motorsports (leaning towards) in blue..

or the an American Star in blue

Are there in that are just junk that I should stay away from??  Thanks for your help.

RaptorRandy

I have heard nothing good about Joker Racing or their customer service...take that for what it's worth.

I would go with Lonestar, Metal Tech or Fireball racing if I was in the market for a swingarm today.

My builder builds them for around 325 I believe. They are nice quality single tubes. PM me if interested. The SLC arms look good also.

Depends on riding and if you want strong, light, or heavy.  I run a +4 ladder from SLC and it was $400 bare.  Weighs 12-13lbs and will not break.  He put a huge jack on it over two stands and tried to break it.  Lance said it flexed 1/4" then the jack bottomed out and wouldn't go anymore.  He has awesome customer service to boot.

Even if you can get your hands on a T Dub dont run it.

Or an Ace fabrication swingarm.

Both were broke on small jumps that SHOULD not have broke. I am back on my stocker for now. SLC seems pretty confident that he can build one that can stand up to some abuse.

To make sure I understand......you have broke two T-Dub arms now???

He broke one t-dub and one ace.  Both on small jumps.

If you call metaltech they will build one that can handle those jumps.  Their off the shelf arms are built more for the sand or very small jumps.

I honestly think you got a freak arm from Tony. I've been running mine now for... well. Since I've had my quad up and running. At the Hare Scramble 2 weekends ago one part of the track was MX about 8' jumps lined in 3's spaced about 35-40' apart
There wasn't a good run to double any of them. So it was all flat landing from about 6-8' in the air. no issues. :)

I'm not saying jump in line for a T-dub..  But. It's held its share thus far

Yes, just one broke T-dub swingarm, and one Ace fab. Still waiting on the replacement from t-dub. After seeing by buddy on his predator break his Ace swingarm and totally take out his elka shock there is NO way I will risk ruining my 1000 dollar rear shock and my health.

What kind of elka is that for 1k?  I didn't know they made one that pricey.

And call metaltech.  I was planning on going with them when I hadn't received my t-dub.

Its a step below the elite, and has been redone by Josh Wiig.

ah, that makes sence.  I thought it was a 1k shock not including the money you had into it.

Not to mention that last time out to the big jumps I blew out the bottom of the rezzie...............not cheap!

My T-dub +4'' cracked around the welds on the carrier housing. The only time I get big air is when I screw up and fly off the top of a hill which has only been twice so far on my 700R. So far my +8'' is holding up, but due to the fact he's screwed so many over including me on my warranty replacement and delivery time on my +6'' I will never reccomend him to anyone again.....
