So when do you plan to be done?

Hope to have it all done in 2-3 weeks.   I coach rec and select soccer plus ref lots of games so between that and the band i don't get too much time to work on house stuff.   :(

Then its on to the basement?

Once the yard and flatwork is finished, then it's on to the deck if I have time, otherwise I'll do a few things in the basement.  Before winter I want to install a pellet stove and move the washer and dryer down there.  The deck is the next big thing though,  should be around $10-12K

Big black tires, Lots of shiny metal stuff, some stinky oily stuff inside, AM/FM 8-track hi-fi system, Leopard skin seat cover, Fuzzy dice, curb feelers, a "soccer mom" license plate, and a "my other bike's a Bayou" bumper sticker.

What type of decking do you plan to use?

Trex or an equivalent.  Expensive but I don't want to have any maintenance.

The deck will be 12x40 with a 12x12 drop down.  2 sets of stairs and I'll have to put in a patio door from upstairs.   It'll be a fun project for us.

Trex is the way to go, I've been really happy with how it seems to hold up.  Worth the cost IMO.

My goal next year to make it to Auckland..

While we were @ the port in Melbourne, there was a ship there called the Sea Shepherd. It's a U.S based activists group boat. It's painted all black and fly's a pirate flag. Here's a pic of the flag. Pretty bad ass:

So my neighbor left for China yesterday. I usually mow his yard out of courtesy while he's gone.

I figured he would cut his grass before he left......negative.

Now I have to cut my yard and his yard today.

I'm kind of pissy about it.

Oh, and yes I did get your email Aaron via Randy. I don't know what the deal is.
