We just build 32' to 54'  pleasure Boats.    Things are pretty slow right now in the industry.

I bet!!   Sounds like a cool job though, I love boats.  Too bad there's no F cking water around here  :'(

It's at it's highest level in like 10 years, but it's still a puddle

Gas is what is killing that industry.  Is there any other industries that you can work at with your job?

I run the QA dept. so I'm sure I could find something.

If I left my current job, I have no desire to work  for any other company in the boating industry. I love this place and my job, that's what's kept me in this area for the last 10 years.

I have other skills I can fall back on as well that I wouldn't mind doing for a living if need be.

Oh by the way I took out a 797 with a 8mill stroker and +8 swinger...Had everything done except for the dynatek and TB He owns the "quad shop" down here and didn't believe that I had a stock/bore stroke
