That Ebay radiator had bad reviews over on MR. It takes some drilling and adjusting to fit.

That's on a 660 though...everything takes drilling and adjusting on those rustbuckets

Well its finally coming back together! Many thanks go out to Sand84, DenverDude, and Spartan! Ended up heating the nerfs/peg up and somewhat hammering them straight. Radiator came in today which fit well minus my bent tabs lol.

I recon your nerfs saved you some serious damage to your leg!
Many years ago I got hit from the side by a car when I was on a motorbike in Auckland central.
I had 1-1/2" of my tibia (lower leg) shattered on impact.

Been t-boned while racing (year before last) on the quad, the nerf-bar stopped me having a repeat injury (same leg & all)
I love my nerf-bars.

MANZ regulations require all race quads to have heel-guards & nerfs & I have first-hand experience as to why

Craftsmen FTW! Dragonz right now I'm not running because mine weren't usable even after a torch and hammer. But just hitting up the MX track now so I should be good. But ya they saved my leg!
